On Diwali we make delicious recipes that’s why here we share recipe of Peanut and Dry Fruit Laddoo with you from Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana.
PEANUT AND DRY FRUIT LADDOO Recipe Ingredients
1½ cups roasted peanuts
¼ cup crushed almonds
¼ cup crushed cashewnuts
1 tablespoon ghee
1 cup grated jaggery
PEANUT AND DRY FRUIT LADDOO Recipe Method
1. Coarsely grind peanuts and transfer into a bowl.Add almonds and cashewnuts and mix well.
2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add jaggery, mix and cook till it melts. Switch off heat, add nut mixture and mix well. Set aside to cool.
3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
Preparation Time: 10-12 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-8 minutes
